  9. SCopy is a replacement for the standard Copy command.  This copy
  10. command is fully compatible with the standard Copy command but
  11. also offers some extra features, most notably three different
  12. kind of progress-displays.

  39. SCopy has proven to be stable in everyday use. The author

  48.  - Almost fully compatible with standard Copy command (the exception
  49.    is that SCopy doesn't have the BUF=BUFFER option since SCopy
  50.    does its own buffer allocation)
  51.  - 3 different progress displays: Standard (dots), Percentage indicator
  52.    and a complete Progress window (Suited for DirOpus, but looks good
  53.    in CLI too)
  54.  - Coded 100% in Assembler
  55.  - Smart progress indicators.  SCopy will try and update the progress
  56.    indicators about once every second without sacrificing copy speed
  57.  - The progress window also shows you the total amount of bytes of all
  58.    files which still need to be copied in a progress bar
  59.  - It is still smaller than the standard Copy command :-)

  64. SCopy should run on any Amiga system with at least 512K RAM and
  65. one disk-drive.  SCopy requires KickStart V2.04 or higher to run.
